Steps
Prepare your wallet
HODL DAO Genesis accepts USDT, USDC, WBTC, ETH. So prepare your wallets (Metamask/WalletConnect/Coinbase Wallet) with these assets on ETH mainnet before participating in Genesis.
Commitment
Genesis is opening on: https://thehodl.org/ make sure that you are using the official link.
- Connect your wallet at the top of the page, it will display your address once connected.
2. Select the token you would like to commit to Genesis, your token balance will show under the input box. (If you have participated in pre-genesis before, please choose vUSDC and you will see your balance from pre-genesis.)
3. Enter the amount of token you would like to commit or click on MAX to commit all your balance. You can see the amount of USDC and BTCH converted from the assets you submitted below. All submitted assets will be divided into two parts: Genesis and Pre-bond, and the sum equals the value of your assets.
4. BTCH Protocol allows users to ‘pre-bond’ their Genesis allocation of BTCH for Bonds, you can drag the bar to adjust the proportion you want for Pre-bonding. The amount you choose to pre-bond and the real-time pre-bound discount will show below. proportion set for pre-bond will not receive any Genesis Rewards. 5. After checking, click ‘Confirm to join Genesis’ to commit your assets.
6. You can see your submitted Genesis amount and Pre-bond amount below(converted to UDSC and BTCH), and you will see the total amount of the Genesis and Pre-bond after your commitment.
*Note that all your commitments cannot be withdrawn once all transactions are confirmed.
